CAROL’S WEEKLY WRAP

Last Wednesday the Wacker’s played a single stableford with the winner on the day was
Murray Kennedy with 41 pts, runner up with 40 points was no one other than “The Legend himself” Les I’m in a Hurry Forde (he also had 88 of the stick, which is again under his age) 3rd was Dom Wood with 38 pts. NTP was Robbie Porter. We welcomed a lot of ladies from Guyra Golf Club, was great to see them come and join in on the fun the Wednesday Wacker’s have. Hopefully we will see them again soon.
There weather determined that there was no play for the Thursday Vets this week.
Saturday was the Guzzlers Mug sponsored by Geoff Wood. The winner of the day was Robbie Porter with 74 nett, runner up on a C/B was the Caption Jon Izzard with 75 nett from Bruce McMullen.
The mars bar award went to Warren Sellings.
Sunday we held our Mixed Keno Qualifier, and the winners of the day with a great score of 62 nett were Mark “Jimmy” Faulkner and Deli Faulkner. They are off to the next round in Coffs Harbour. Good Luck guys.
For those wishing to play golf on any of these days, the tees off times are as below
Wednesday Wackers 9.30am for 10am tee off
Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off

Also the Kitchen is open for dinner on Tuesday night. They are also available for functions (contact club for more information). We also have raffles on a Friday night starting at 7pm and Sunday mornings starting at 12.30pm. Come along and support our great little country golf club.
Next Saturday 3rd July is a Medley 4ball sponsored by the Wednesday Wackers. So grab your partners and come on down for a game.
There will be a general meeting to be held on the 18th July at 9am for all members. If you have anything that needs to be discussed, this will be a great opportunity to have your say.
