Carol’s Weekly Wrap 12/3/23
Wednesday the whackers played a single stableford and the winner was Dom Bower with 38pts r/up was Paul Ketley with 37pts. The orange ball went to Murray Kennedy.
Thursday the Vets played a single stableford and the winner was Albert Egli with 37pts, r/up was Karen Ketley with 35pts. We welcomed visitors from Carnarvon Golf Club, Coolangatta/Tweed Golf Club and Walcha Golf Club.
Saturday was the 1st round of the Club Championships and the leaders are Craig “Hobbit” Hyde from Jon Izzard, Dactyl Carlon, Robbie Porter and Tony Duff. Ladies is Vicki Barraclough from Coleen Taggart and Carol Shields. The 2nd round today has been postponed due to the weather.
The Vets Week of Golf is back again this year, Monday 23rd April – Friday 28th April. Flyers and entry forms are available at the club and will also be available on website soon.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pick ups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
Kitchen is now open from Tuesday – Sunday.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday mornings. Joker Jackpot is on Friday nights and the members draw is on Friday nights and Sunday mornings.
