Carol’s Weekly Wrap 5/2/23
Wednesday the whackers played a single stableford and the winner was Tony Duff with 38pts. R/up was Michael McIlveen with 37pts. The orange ball went to Warren Sellings.
Thursday the Vets played a 4BBB and the winners were Mike Petrov and Carol Shields with 40pts on a c/b from Susie Spencer and Michael McIlveen. NTP was Mike Petrov.
Next Thursday 9th February is the 1st round of our interclub Vets Pennants to be held in Uralla, 9am for 9.30 tee off.
Saturday was a single stableford sponsored by Duncan & Carol, the winner was Aaron Whackett with 42pts, r/up was Scott Mathews with 40pts. NTP’s 3rd Scott Mathews, 6th Aaron Whackett, 9th and 11th Tony Duff, 15th Duncan McLean, 17th Todd Jacobs. The Mars Bar went to Rhonda McIlveen.
Some Memberships are now overdue and must be paid by 9am tomorrow. If you haven’t paid by then you will be unfinancial and cannot claim any trophies and your Golflink will be de-activated. The fees for full members are $390.00, social members $25.00 and clubhouse $5.00. All twilight social players fees are also due for 2023.
The Club Championships are coming soon, March 11th 12th and 18th 19th March.
The Vets Week of Golf is back again this year, Monday 23rd April – Friday 28th April. Flyers and entry forms are available at the club and will also be available on website soon.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pick ups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
Kitchen is now open from Tuesday – Sunday.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday mornings. Joker Jackpot is on Friday nights and the members draw is on Friday nights and Sunday mornings.
