Carol’s Weekly Wrap 24/10/21
Under the NSW Office of Sport and COVID 19 rules in Regional NSW, information has advised that if you’re not fully vaccinated you can participate in a gathering for sport or exercise with one other person that you do not live with. Any person entering the clubhouse must be fully vaccinated; those not fully vaccinated can only enter the club for takeaway purposes.
Last Wednesday the Wednesday Wacker’s played a single stableford and the winner with 36pts on a c/b was Tony Park from Barry ‘Crewy” Cameron.
Thursday Vets winner was Mick McILveen with 33pts, runner up was Noelene Porter with 30pts.
Saturday we played a 4BBB sponsored by Armidale Air Conditioning and Peter Richardson We had visitors from Tamworth Golf Club. The winners of the Bar Fridges were Jason Brady and Tony Duff with 41pts on a c/b from Mike ‘The Mad Russian and Geoff Wood. The Mars Bars went to ‘The Cocky Haters’ Ross Anderson and John Holman. NTP’s were 9th Dactyl, 11th Jordon Mauger from Tamworth, 15th Michael Blundell from Tamworth and 17th John Holman.
The raffles are back in full swing again on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. Tickets on sale from 6.30pm for Friday nights and for Sunday are from 11.30am.
We are in the process of updating our members’ database with mobile numbers and email addresses, if any of your details have changed. Could you please let the club know as soon as you are able? Also the club would like to thank all the members who attended the meeting last Wednesday night and supported the proposal put forward. We look forward to the next stage.
Melbourne Cup Calcutta will be on Sunday 31st October 1.30pm start, just after the raffles. Kitchen will be open. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be paid. Tickets $1.00

THE CLUBHOUSE WILL NOW BE OPEN MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 4PM TILL 7PM. $5 SCHOONERS AND $4 MIDDIES AVAILABLE.

Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off
Sunday 9 hole comp will take a break until after Christmas due to the Twilight Competition.
