Carol’s Weekly Wrap 14/4/24
Wednesday the Whackers played a single stableford and the winner with 35pts was Barry “Crewy” Cameron, r/up was Greg Constance from Glen Innes with 34pts. The orange ball went to Scott McLeod.
Thursday the Vets played a single stableford and the winner was Warren Sellings with 43pts, r/up with 34pts was Mick McIlveen. The encouragement award went to Maclom Tyrner.
Saturday was a Bisque Par event sponsored by Dactyl and Harley Carlon and the winner with +9 was Cooper Smith, r/up with +6 was Peter Clover from Toukley on a c/b from Aaron Blanch. The Mars Bar Award went to Shane “Moon” Barraclough with -8. Thank you to the sponsors.
Our Vets week of golf starts tomorrow, we have a full field so good luck to all playing. The weather at this stage is looking pretty good also.
For those who have Carts in the shed and haven’t yet paid, your fees are well overdue and need to be paid by the 1st of May, if you still haven’t paid by then, your cart will be removed from the shed for you to pick up. Fees as below:
Petrol Carts $250.00
Electric Carts $350.00

AS WE ARE GETTING LARGER FIELDS NOW PLAYING, CAN WE PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE GOLF ETIQUETTE OF SLOW PLAY. EG: KEEP UP TO THE GROUP IN FRONT, 3MIN LIMIT LOOKING FOR BALL, PLAY READY GOLF.
Our golf competition fees are now $20.00 per comp round. Wednesday Whackers, Thursday Vets and Saturday Comps. Any special events, cost will be advertised on all flyers.
The Kitchen is open Tuesday – Sunday, 12pm to 2.30pm and 6pm to 8pm. No Sunday dinners, only lunch. Take aways are also available.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pick ups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
The club will be now open from 10am till late on Tuesdays to Sunday. Closed Mondays.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday mornings. Joker Jackpot is on Friday nights and the members draw is on Friday nights and Sunday mornings.
