Carol’s Weekly Wrap 9/1/22
Wednesday the Wednesday Whackers played a single stableford and we had 29 players and the winner with a great score of 43pts was James Walkinshaw and runner up was Duncan “Slim” McLean with 38pts. We welcomed visitors from Armidale Golf Club.
Thursday Vets will resume in a couple of weeks.
Saturday we played a Par event sponsored by Mike “The Mad Russian” Petrov and the winner was Cody Hamilton with +1 and runner up on a C/B was Chalkie Chandler from Neil Free with 0. NTP’s were not available at time of report.
The Junior Golf Development Program on Sunday mornings has attracted quite a few new and upcoming golfers, this is so good to see and it’s not too late to come on down on Sunday mornings at 9.30am and join the other junior golfers.
Sunday 9 hole comp will recommence next week.
Twilight comp will resume on the 18th January 2022.
Our open weekend has been rescheduled for the 18th, 19th and 20th February 2022.
Our Club Championships will be held on 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th March 2022.
The raffles are back in full swing again on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. Tickets on sale from 6.30pm for Friday nights and for Sunday are from 11.30am.
THE CLUB HOUSE IS NOW OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK FROM 10AM TILL 8PM.

Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off
Sunday 9 hole comp 9am for 9.30 tee off.
On the 23rd January at 11am we will be holding a bare foot bowls day at the Uralla Bowling Club. This is a thank you day for the use of their courtesy bus. This means there will be no Sunday raffles at the club on this day, we hope you all will support this day and come on down for a great day of fun and laughs.
