Last Wednesday the Wednesday Wacker’s played a single stableford and the winner with 39pts was Bruce ‘The Gnome’ McMullen, runner up on a count back was Rowan ‘Chalkie’ Chandler with 36 pts from Michael Welbourne. We had visitors from Armidale Golf Club.
Thursday Vets was totally washed out from the huge amount of rain we received.
Saturday we played a single stableford sponsored by Kim Burraston and Regional Australia Bank, the winner of the day was Charlie Murray with 32pts and runner up was “The old Caption” (John Izzard) with 31pts on a four way count back. The Mars Bar went to Sally Burraston. NTP’s were 3rd Anthony ‘Shags’ O’Conner, 9th ‘The Gnome’, 11th Graeme Andrews, 15th ‘The Gnome’ and 17th Kim Burraston
Last Sunday’s comp was won by John Holman and todays Sunday comp winner was Duncan McLean.
The raffles are back in full swing again on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. Tickets on sale from 6.30pm for Friday nights and for Sunday are from 11.30am.
A reminder to all Uralla Golf Club members, the special meeting will be on Wednesday 20th October at 6pm, come and have a listen from the developers, have your say and vote on the proposed development for the club.
Melbourne Cup Calcutta will be on Sunday 31st October 1.30pm start, just after the raffles. Kitchen will be open. 1st,2nd and 3rd prizes will be paid. Tickets $1.00

THE CLUBHOUSE WILL NOW BE OPEN MONDAY TO THURSDAY FROM 4PM TILL 7PM. $5 SCHOONERS AND $4 MIDDIES AVAILABLE.

Wednesday Wackers 9.30am for 10am tee off
Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off
Sunday 9 hole comp will take a break until after Christmas due to the Twilight Competition.
Next Saturday 23th October event will be a 4BBB sponsored by Armidale Air Conditioning and Peter Richardson. There will be 2 Bar Fridges up for grabs, so get your partner organised for the day.
