Wednesday Whackers played a single stableford and the winner was Duncan “Slim” McLean with 37pts on a c/b from Doug McDonald. The encouragement award went to Russell Evans.
Thunderbolts Thirsty Thursday Medley played a single stableford event and the winner with 31pts was Mandy Stoddart, r/up was Mick McIlveen with 30pts on a c/b from Mick Petrov. The Encouragement Award went to Susie Spencer.
Saturday was a 4BBB sponsored by Bruce McMullen and the winners with 39pts were Jon Izzard and Kim Burraston on a 4way c/b from Col Berry and David Ayre, Ross Anderson and Crewy Cameron, Jayson Ketley and Toby Smith. The Mars Bar went to Tony Park and Greg Constantine.
Just a reminder to all the Vets, the Vets Pennants 1st round will commence on January 28th in Armidale, there is a sheet up on the notice board to put your names down. The 2nd round will be held in Uralla on the 6th of February.
Twilight Golf resumes this Tuesday 21st January 2025. This also means the Twilight Members Draw begins this Thursday night.
Also, on Thursday nights the kitchen does a curry night with different dishes each week. You can also order of the menu if you don’t want curries.
Our golf competition fees are now $20.00 per comp round. Wednesday Whackers, Thursday and Saturday Comps. Any special events, cost will be advertised on all flyers.
AS WE ARE HAVING MORE PLAYERS AND SOCIAL PLAYERS ON OUR COURSE. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE A SAND BUCKET WITH YOU AND FILL IN ANY DIVOTS ON THE FAIWAYS AND FIX PLUG MARKS ON THE GREENS. ALSO IF YOU ARE A SOCIAL PLAYER, PLEASE PLAY OFF THE BLUE MARKERS AS THE DAMAGE ON THE LADIES TEES IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE WERE HUGE DIVOTS ON MOST OF THE LADIES TEES YESTURDAY AND WERE NOT FILLED IN.
The Kitchen is now open 7 days a week, 12pm to 2.30pm and 6pm to 8pm. Take aways are also available.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pickups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
The club house is now open 7 days a week.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday afternoon. Joker Jackpot is on Friday night.
