Carol’s Weekly Wrap 15/5/22
Short and Sweet this week, due to the wet weather again.
Wednesday Whackers and Thursday Vets were washed out for this week.
Saturday was the Keno 2 Person Ambrose qualifier for men’s and ladies, the winners were Jason Ketley and Jack Doran, and the runners up were Bruce McMullen and Kim Burraston. The lady winners were Carol Shields and Marj Chappell. Good luck in the next round to be played at Longyard later in the year. NTPs were 3rd Robbie Porter, 6th Barry “Crewy” Cameron, 9th Robbie Porter, 11th Jack Doran, 15th Neil Free, and the 17th Mike Petrov. The Mars Bar went to Mike “The Mad Russian” Petrov and Geoff Wood. Robbie Porter and Josh Clark got nearest the pin on the 3rd and both of them missed the birdie putt which was only a few centimetres from the hole. Maybe some putting lessons are on the card?
Thursday the 19th May is the final round of the Pennants to be held at Uralla, it’s a 9am for 9.30 shotgun start. Good luck everyone.
