Carol’s Weekly Wrap 12/4/26
Wednesday Whackers played a single stableford and the winner with 43pts was Nicholas Matthews, r/up with 41pts was Carol Shields. The encouragement award went to Greg LeMessurier.
Thunderbolt’s Thirsty Thursday Medley played a single stableford and the winner with 45pts was Mandy Stoddart, r/up was Jack Mitchell with 39pts on a c/b from Vicki Barraclough. The encouragement award went to Tony “Popeye” Whiting (welcome back on the course Tony).
Saturday was an Ambrose and the winners were Deli and Mark Faukner with 59.5, r/up were Dactyl Carlon and James Sharpe with 63. The Mars Bar Award went to David Ayre and Dickie Schalk.
Sunday 9-hole social golf is back and adults tee off 10-11am, juniors 11am. If you’re a regular golfer or just want to start out, come along and have relaxed round as you don’t need a handicap. Bring your friends, meet new players and just enjoy a friendly round. Cost is only $5 for the 9 holes.
Cart shed fees were due by 31st March, please see Ben for new form to fill in when paying and you will receive the new key for your new shed spot.
Thursday nights the kitchen does a curry night with different dishes each week. You can also order of the menu if you don’t want curries.
Our golf competition fees are now $20.00 per comp round. Wednesday Whackers, Thursday and Saturday Comps. All our golf times are 9.30am for 10am tee off. Any special events, cost will be advertised on all flyers.
The Kitchen is open 7 days a week, 12pm to 2.30pm and 6pm to 8pm. Take aways are also available.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pickups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
The club house is now open 7 days a week.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday afternoon. Joker Jackpot is on Friday night.
Next Saturday is the Hahn Super Dry 3.5 Monthly Mug.
