Carol’s Weekly Wrap 18/12/22
This will be my last report till next year. I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
It is with great sadness that we lost one of our lovely members on Friday morning. Bronnie Wilson was a huge contribution to our little club with being known for her magnificent cake raffles. She will be missed by many, our thoughts go out to John and all her Family. RIP Bronnie.
Wednesday the Whackers played a single stableford and the winner was Ken McMillan with 38pts. R/up was Jason Brady with 36pts. The orange ball went to Duncan Arthur.
Thursday Vets played a single stableford and the winner was John Mitchell with 41pts, r/up on a c/b was Gary Cooper from Armidale from Geoff Wood with 36pts.
Saturday we played a single stableford and the winner was Cooper Smith with 40pts, r/up was Crewy Cameron with 39pts. The Mars Bar went to Neil Free.
From the 1st of December our green fees have been increased to $25.00. We will also be starting a Hole in One competition on all Par 3’s; $1.00 will be put in from the green fees to build up the prize money for the “Hole in One”
Our twilight competition has come to a close for the year, we will resume on Tuesday 17th January 2023.
Just a reminder that your yearly membership is due by the end of December, you will have until the end of January to pay. If you are not financial you will not be entitled to any membership benefits, this includes membership draw, golf competitions etc. The amount this year has increased to $390.00.
Sunday the 18th of December is our huge Christmas raffles with lots of hams, turkeys and pork up for grabs. So come on down as Santa will be there also for the kiddies.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday mornings. Joker Jackpot is on Friday nights and the members draw is on Friday nights and Sunday mornings.

Wednesday Wackers 9.30am for 10am tee off…. $25.00 comp fees
Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off…………. $25.00 comp fees
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off……………………$25.00 comp fees
Sunday Juniors from 9.30am.
