Due to the prediction of some snow falling around Uralla resulted in no golf being played on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. This didn’t stop a few coming out on Saturday 12th in the rather cool temperature of around 7’C, we had a total of 14 players and the winner of the day was David Carlon with 37 pts, runner up on a C/B with 36 pts was Jeffrey Porter from Coffs Harbour Golf Club from Aaron Whackett. The Mars Bar went to Ross Anderson.
Last Wednesday the Wacker’s played a single stableford with the winner on the day was
Richard Cannon with 36 pts on a c/b from Robbie Porter, 3rd was Geoff Wood with 35 pts on a 3 way C/B.
Thursday Vets winner was Ian Duncan with 32 pts, runner up was the Legend Himself “I’m in a hurry” Les Forde with 30 pts. We welcomed visitors from Armidale Golf Club.
We had a few brave golfers teeing off for the Bruce “The Gnome” McMullen sponsored single stableford on Saturday. The winner of the day was Mitch Hiscox with 35pts, runner up was Shane “Moon” Barraclough with 33pts. The mars bar award went to Ross Anderson again. I am sure he has a whole box full now.

Wednesday Wackers 9.30am for 10am tee off
Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off

Also the Kitchen is open for dinners on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. They are also available for functions (contact club for more information). We also have raffles on a Friday night starting at 7pm and Sunday mornings starting at 12.30pm. Come along and support our great little country golf club.
