Carol’s Weekly Wrap 27/4/25
Wednesday Whackers played a single stableford and the winner with 34pts was Dean Vickery, r/up was Tony Duff with 31pts. The encouragement award went to Peter Schultz.
Thursday the Vets played the finals of the interclub pennants at Walcha, with a drizzly day the overall winners for 2025 were Guyra. I don’t have all the results but congratulations to all the daily winners also.
Saturday was a single stableford and the winner with 37pts was Tin Beaumont, r/up with 36pts was Les “I’m in a hurry” Forde, Good to see Les back on the winners list, Les shot 2 over his age of 99. The Mars Bar award went to Kirin Walters.
Thursday nights the kitchen does a curry night with different dishes each week. You can also order of the menu if you don’t want curries.
Our golf competition fees are now $20.00 per comp round. Wednesday Whackers, Thursday and Saturday Comps. All our golf times are 9.30am for 10am tee off. Any special events, cost will be advertised on all flyers.
AS WE ARE HAVING MORE PLAYERS AND SOCIAL PLAYERS ON OUR COURSE. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE A SAND BUCKET WITH YOU AND FILL IN ANY DIVOTS ON THE FAIWAYS AND FIX PLUG MARKS ON THE GREENS. ALSO, IF YOU ARE A SOCIAL PLAYER, PLEASE PLAY OFF THE BLUE MARKERS.
The Kitchen is now open 7 days a week, 12pm to 2.30pm and 6pm to 8pm. Take aways are also available.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pickups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
The club house is now open 7 days a week.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday afternoon. Joker Jackpot is on Friday night.
