Carol’s Weekly Wrap 18/1/26
Wednesday Whackers played a single stableford and the winner with 38pts was Murray Kennedy, r/up with 37pts on a 3way c/b was Ross Anderson from Jimmy Walkinshaw and Shane Barraclough. The encouragement award went to Joe Weston.
Thursday’s Thirsty Medley played a single stableford and the winner with 34pts Mandy Stoddart (welcome back Mandy) on a c/b from Peter Doyle. The encouragement award went to Joe Weston, (Joe’s fridge must be nearly full of chocolates).
Saturday was a single stableford sponsored by Duncan & Carol, Scot & Marlene and the winner with 39pts was Marj Chappell on a c/b from Tim Bower, 3rd place with 38pts was Rhonda McIlveen. The NTP 2nd shot on the 10th was Vicki Barraclough and Dom Bower. The Mars Bar Award went Scott Matthews.
Thursday nights the kitchen does a curry night with different dishes each week. You can also order of the menu if you don’t want curries.
Our golf competition fees are now $20.00 per comp round. Wednesday Whackers, Thursday and Saturday Comps. All our golf times are 9.30am for 10am tee off. Any special events, cost will be advertised on all flyers.
AS WE ARE HAVING MORE PLAYERS AND SOCIAL PLAYERS ON OUR COURSE. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE A SAND BUCKET WITH YOU AND FILL IN ANY DIVOTS ON THE FAIWAYS AND FIX PLUG MARKS ON THE GREENS. ALSO, IF YOU ARE A SOCIAL PLAYER, PLEASE PLAY OFF THE BLUE MARKERS.
The Kitchen is open 7 days a week, 12pm to 2.30pm and 6pm to 8pm. Take aways are also available.
Our Courtesy Bus is available for pickups and drop offs, contact the club for details.
The club house is now open 7 days a week.
Raffles are onFriday nights and Sunday afternoon. Joker Jackpot is on Friday night.
