Carol’s Weekly Wrap 3/4/22
Wednesday the Wednesday Whackers played an American Foursomes, the winners were Neil “Freezer” Free and Michael Welbourn with 72.3, runners up were Warren Sellings and Todd Jacobs with 73.6. I did hear that Michael did all the work in his team as Freezer forgot how to play.
Thursday Vets played a single stableford and the winner with 32pts was Mike “The Mad Russian” Petrov, runner up was Marj Chappell with 28pts.
Saturday was a Bisque Par sponsored by Dactyl and Harley Carlon. The winner was Jason Ketley with +2 runner u was Coady Hamilton with +1. Mars Bar went to Margaret McCready.
The Twilight competition has come to an end and we will be having the presentation on Friday night 8th April at 6pm. BBQ will be provided from 5.30 so bring your teams out and see who all the monthly and overall winners are.
Our Veterans Week of Golf is on Monday 25th April-Friday 29th April 2022. Entry forms are available at the club.
Our AGM will be held on Saturday 30th April at 9.45 for a 10am start, golf competition will be played immediately after we wrap things up. We need all members to attend please.
The raffles are back in full swing again on Friday nights and Sunday mornings. Tickets on sale from 6.30pm for Friday nights and for Sunday are from 11.30am.

Wednesday Wackers 9.30am for 10am tee off…..$20.00 comp fees
Thursday Vets 9.30am for 10am tee off…………. $20.00 comp fees
Saturday 10am for 10.30 tee off……………………$20.00 comp fees
Sunday 9 hole comp 8.45am and no later than 10.45am tee off…..$10.00 comp fees
Next Saturday 9th April will be a 4Ball BAM sponsored by Marj Chappell in memory of Chicky Chappell. So please wear your favourite footy team colours. Red and White will definitely be the colours you will see most on the day.
